Burning the ISO to a stick
Some linux distributions provide a utility for burning an iso to a stick, Linux Mint is one. There are also third party utilities such as balena etcher and UNetbootin.
A multi-boot solution is Ventoy, available for linux and windows. It can be downloaded here. You install ventoy to a stick and then you copy (not burn) an iso to the stick. You can copy multiple isos to the stick. When you boot from the stick Ventoy shows you a list of isos and asks which one you want to boot. Foxclone is "Ventoy aware". This is a good guide.
Deb file download
The .deb file should be installed in another debian based linux system. It should not be installed in the system that you want to backup. More information on its use can be found here.
Download the deb file. The md5sum is:

Right click when viewing the user guide and select "save as" or download the user guide here. Note there is a copy of the user guide in the iso.
